Statue of Liberty or Liberty of statues????

The world is not strange, but its us who do strange things to make it strange.
The thought came in my mind when I refer to daily headlines about statue controversies / discussions in Uttar Pradesh since last couple of days.

Millions of rupees invested in such statues are wonderful utilization of taxman’s money. If USA can have statue of liberty, what is wrong if people are taking liberty of statues in India??
If a statue can make USA superpower, think how much India can gain through thousands of statues across the country of all “honourable” politicians and their parties??

And what is wrong with common man? Even we shall have liberty for statues. Think, all of us making statues for us trying to display at your doorstep, nearby cross roads, or your favourite places. Thinks where would you like to place your statue?

Government can gain so much by applying tax to display of statues. And sculptors can become billionaires. Really next bill gates can be from India, a statue revolution.

Think if we get liberty where can people display their statues? There will be bidding for displaying statue at public places. And that can be other billions in India’s kitty.
Every Sulabh would like to display statue to his nearby public places. Or like family photo family statues on display. Even square feet's for statues will be on sale. and family deals.. couple of previlage cards to move your statue from place to place.

This can make India country of statues; people will visit India rather than madam Tussad, to see millions or billions of statues.
Who will see Mayavati’s statue then? But then she will not spare our money in Statues but something else that may create people’s attention. Thats what they are employed for right?

So where is the end of these spending and where will our politicians really act and think on India's growth than promoting their own faces???

By the way anyone wish to share statue with me???? :)
